The Broken Arm....

Two weeks ago we were at some friends house playing games.  Kids were downstairs, adults were upstairs.   Kids were wrestling and playing and all of a sudden Logan came upstairs bawling.  Not just crying- but bawling his eyes out.  It looked fine.  We told Logan, tough it up man.  You are tough.   Well the weeks have gone by and Logan barely uses his arm.  His right arm.  He really just held it to his side and wouldn’t use it.   Jared and I would both say- LOGAN- use your arm dude!    Well- fast forward to last Saturday and we took the kids bowling and Logan wouldn’t use his right arm to bowl.  When we told him too- he just cried and cried and cried. So Jared looked at his arm.  There was a bump right above his wrist.  It was awfully swollen too.   So, we took Logan to InstaCare.

The Xray Technician had just left.  So we had to wait until Sunday to take him.  Sure enough, it was broken.  I’m not sure if you can tell by this picture… but it’s a good break. Logan would need surgery on MOnday.

So our cute little Logan went under anesthesia today for the first time and had a little bit of a rough time coming out of it but he made it.   And he has a super cool blue WATERPROOF cast on.   Lucky duck!

And humptey dumptey is back together again.   We love our Logan.
