Change

About a month ago we put our home up for sale because after praying and praying about it, we felt like we needed to move up and help out Dixie. We knew her health was failing and we knew that she needed help around the farm- so we put our home up for sale. Then Dixie passed away. Our home is still up for sale and we don't know what will happen with the property in Tremonton. We get asked frequently what we are going to do now that we don't have to be in Tremonton. The answer is- we don't know. We really really felt like we needed to sell and move up north. We felt like it was a good move for our family- and even though Jared would have to drive more- it would be a really good move for our family.

We still don't know what is going to happen. Our home is still up for sale and we haven't had much interest in it. It's so sad to me because this is the coolest house and we live on the best street ever. But- I have to remember that the Lord knows best and He will take care of us. Whether we stay here, move North or somewhere else- the Lord will take care of us and will direct us where we need to go.

Shannon, we've been in a similar situation with one of our moves. The biggest problem we faced though was not that the people we were moving to were gone but rather, we KNEW we were supposed to move but I didn't want to do it. It has been three years since and, though I didn't think it possible, our new place and life is a million times better than what we left behind. Trust the Lord--you will be blessed!
