Last Wednesday night, someone played Secret Santa to our family. We don't know who it was or who was nice enough to think about us-- but we are very appreciative. A lady came to the door and rang the bell and Jared answered the door. All I heard Jared say, was holy cow, wow, awesome, wow. I decided to get out of bed and see what was going on. Jared began bringing presents into the house. Lots of presents. I think Logan and Abby got 5-6 presents and even our little baby girl got presents. There was a great big wagon and a big food basket. There was also 5 bags of gift cards.
Words cannot express our gratitude to whomever did this for our family. We would have had a small Christmas and it would have been fine, but thanks to the generousity of some wonderful person or persons-- we will have a Wonderful Christmas! After receiving these gifts, our family dropped to our knees and thanked Heavenly Father for such gifts. We feel truly blessed, truly humbled and truly grateful for this wonderful act of kindness. One day- we will pay it forward and do this to someone else. Thanks from the bottoms of our hearts and thanks for helping us remember the "giving" part of Christmas.

Wow. I was starting to feel a little "grinchy" today and your experience really touched my heart. That is truly amazing! What a wonderful blessing. The Lord does bless us but many times it is through other people that He answers our prayers. That is why it is so important to serve others.
Monica, nice comment. Shannon! What a wonderful gift given to you & your family. Have a spectacular Christmas.
Loves!
shannon, I lost your address. Please send email it to me. Thanks... Lucky you for Christmas! Someone was definitely looking out for you. But knowing you, it is probably because you are always taking care of others and this is just payback!
