Love IS all you need

Sometimes this is true.  Sometimes Love is all you need.

My sweet husband is currently working in Las Vegas, Nevada.  He is working there for one of his jobs doing monitoring.   He left on Sunday and flew down there and will get home tomorrow.  Then is home for a few days and then leaves again for 4 days and then is home for 2 days and then is gone for another week or so.   ;

It gets tough being a single parent of four very strong willed children.  It’s tough calming all the scary dreams at night when all you want to do is sleep yourself.  It’s tough being the one that disciplines and has to give consequences for choices that were made.  It’s hard when you’re sick and all you want to do is sleep- but you’re the Mom and you’ve gotta do everything.   Sometimes- Love is all you need.   Sometimes just a little note or a text from the hubby makes it all better. 

 

I am truly grateful for my hubby who sacrifices being away so that our family can have some of the pleasures of life.  I’m grateful for a good man who is honestly my very best friend.  Sometimes- Love IS all you need.
